GRIT: Greater Resilience Information Toolkit
This program is an asynchronous, self-paced offering, giving you an ability to access the content in your own time. It includes everything that will be discussed in CC4C, as well as additional content in supporting others in the education field, military and first responders, healthcare providers, and as leaders and small business owners. **Coming soon: Spanish translation for all modules and GRIT:TRIBE for supporting the Native American community.
GRIT provides basic skills in reaching out and having meaningful connections in your natural support network, such as your family, friends, neighbors, and peers. GRIT provides five steps to a helpful conversation and highlights six areas of strength. This program is rooted in self-efficacy and promoting resilience while honoring difficult experiences.
After completion of the GRIT-CORE training, participants can take a quick survey and receive a Certificate of Completion. Participants can also enter into a gift card raffle each quarter.
Past the Pandemic: Individual Wellbeing, Connection and Support Canvas course
This asynchronous, self-paced course offers the same curriculum as the evidence-based Past the Pandemic ECHO series offered from June 2020-September 2024 to over 1300 health care workers. There is also a Supplemental Module for Team Leaders!
This course offers health care providers and other staff working in health care settings strategies to name, normalize, and validate worries and experiences during and since the COVID-19 pandemic. Each topic will have self-paced video modules providing helpful, tangible tools in a psychoeducational format. By understanding stress along a continuum, participants will learn how to manage stress and loss, increase capacity to prevent burnout, elevate connectedness and mindfulness, and promote self-efficacy and quality patient care.
Many health care providers and staff have never processed the layers of impact the COVID-19 pandemic had on their personal and professional lives and wellbeing. This course offers a chance to pause, reflect, and learn tangible tools to address the grief and loss while naming what you might need to continue moving forward.
Upon registering, you will receive an invitation to participate in this course by creating a Canvas account. Upon completion of the course and completing the course evaluation survey, you will receive a Certificate of Completion as an Ambassador of Wellbeing in the Work Place!
